This policy explains how IWE Coffee, a coffee business based in Surabaya, Indonesia, handles information submitted through this website. We use inquiry information to understand your request and communicate with you about coffee products, samples, quotations, and potential business arrangements.
The inquiry form may collect your name, company or business name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred contact method, inquiry type, coffee interest, product form, estimated quantity, destination, purchase timeline, product specifications, and message. Please provide only information relevant to your business inquiry.
We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss product information and availability, prepare or clarify a quotation, coordinate a sample request, and follow up on a business request you initiate. We do not need passwords, payment-card details, identity-document numbers, or other sensitive personal information to respond to a coffee inquiry.
When an inquiry is accepted, the website sends its contents to the business email address configured for the website. For the Render-hosted pilot, Resend is used as the transactional email delivery provider through its HTTPS API; for other hosting environments, the configured SMTP provider may be used. These providers process the message and recipient information to deliver the inquiry. The current website application does not keep inquiry submissions in a separate application database. After delivery, the message is held by the configured email provider and is subject to that provider's systems and the mailbox owner's retention and access practices.
The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification and includes a Google Maps embed. The website also links to WhatsApp for direct communication. Page assets are delivered through Google Fonts and jsDelivr, including fonts and front-end libraries. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics loads a measurement beacon to report page-view and website-performance metrics to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and other external services may process technical information needed to provide their services. Their own privacy terms also apply. Depending on the provider and hosting configuration, information may be processed in a country other than your own.
The website uses an anti-forgery cookie to help protect form submissions. Hosting infrastructure and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and requested page as part of operating and protecting the website.
Inquiry messages are intended to be retained only for as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain relevant business records, unless a longer period is required by law. Mailbox access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the inquiry. The website does not automatically delete messages from the configured email account; mailbox retention and deletion are managed by IWE Coffee and the email provider. The website uses server-side validation, anti-forgery protection, rate limiting, and human verification. No internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
